Abdominal Training

For some reason, a good set of abs brings the whole physique together. To have a great midsection you not only have to train your abs intensely and with correct form, but you also need to follow a low-fat diet and incorporate aerobic activity into your fitness program.

Below are my favorite ab exercises. Choose 2 per ab workout.

1) Crunches

3 sets of 50 reps

2) Roman Chair

3 sets of 15 reps

3) Hanging Leg Raises

3 sets of 15 reps

4) Incline Crunches

3 sets of 20 reps

I recommend training your abs two to four times a week.

Note: Before embarking on any nutrition, supplementation, and/or training program, consult with your physician or other licensed health-care professional.
