Dear Friends:

I'm proud to announce the arrival of a one-of-a-kind training experience - the Mike Francois Fitness Camp.  I will personally share with you the knowledge I have accumulated over the past 15 years and provide you with all the tools you need to build a healthier, stronger, leaner physique, including a detailed weight training and nutrition program designed specifically for you.  It will be an information-packed weekend, so be prepared to learn a lot, work hard, and of course, have fun.  Here are just a few of the things you can expect to learn: 

How to train for maximum results
Which supplements are worth buying and how to use them  
What to eat to gain muscle and lose fat
How to stay focused and motivated
Common mistakes to avoid

The Mike Francois Fitness Camp is a private camp catered to your unique needs and goals.  You will receive one-on-one instruction from me (unless, of course, you choose to attend with a friend).  When designing the camp, it was my goal to provide a comfortable, relaxed atmosphere conducive to learning.  I concluded the best way to accomplish this was through private, one-on-one instruction.  

I am also honored to have Eric Serrano, M.D. as part of the Mike Francois Fitness Camp team.  Eric is a great friend and an even better doctor.  He is known throughout the country for his expertise in the areas of weight training and nutrition as well as his work with advanced athletes.

Upon receiving your completed registration form, I will contact you immediately to confirm your arrival and departure dates.  You will then be sent some forms to complete and return prior to your arrival.  These forms will be used to gather information that will allow me to design the camp specifically for you.  For example, if you are a competitive or aspiring bodybuilder, areas such as posing and contest dieting will be addressed.
