CHECK-IN
7:30 a.m. May 12th at the venue. An optional early check-in will be held Friday
May 11th at Metro Fitness,

431-9999. Check back for time. Please bring music and suit to early check-in. If you
check in on Friday, you do not need to arrive until 8:30 a.m. on Saturday.
Per NPC regulations, only competitors and
officials
are
allowed backstage once check-in begins on Saturday (see 'Trainer's Pass'
exception below).
TRAINER'S PASS
Beginning in 2009, the NPC implemented a new policy allowing promoters to offer
a limited number of Trainer's Passes for backstage access. The passes are $50 and
are available on a first-come, first-served basis. The trainer
must also purchase a prejudging and finals ticket - the pass only allows
the trainer backstage
to assist the competitor. To avoid delays in backstage
access, we highly recommend the passes and tickets be purchased in advance. Limit two (2) passes per competitor. If you would like to purchase a Trainer's Pass,

ELIGIBILITY
All competitors must be a current member of the
National Physique Committee (NPC) and present their 2012 NPC card at
registration. NPC cards will be available for purchase at the
optional Friday check-in or on Saturday. To be eligible to compete
in the Men’s Novice Bodybuilding Division, you may not have
won your weight class in any prior NPC contest. For information on the NPC,

ENTRY FEE
$40.00 if postmarked by April 28, 2012. $50.00 after that
date. Add $15 for each additional division entered (cannot crossover
between Figure & Bikini or Bodybuilding & Physique). Send

RULES & REGULATIONS
All rules and regulations are established
by our sanctioning body, the National Physique Committee (NPC).
Please visit their web site at www.npcnewsonline.com
and click on ‘Rules & Regulations’ for detailed information
on rounds, scoring, presentation and suit requirements for each
division.
MUSIC
Each competitor (except Figure, Bikini & Men's Physique) must
furnish a pre-set CD (no MP3) with only their music recorded. Music may
not exceed 60 seconds. Vulgar lyrics are prohibited and will result in
disqualification. All
Bodybuilders and Women’s Physique competitors will perform
their individual routines at the evening show. Music will be
available for pick-up immediately after the contest only (it
will not be returned by mail).
TICKETS
Prejudging tickets (general admission) are $10. Finals tickets (reserved seating) are $20 in advance or $25 at the
door.
Children two and under admitted free.

postmarked after April 28, 2012 or submitted online after
April 28, 2012 will not be mailed and must be
picked up at Will Call. Order early for best seats!

Extended StayAmerica is the official host hotel for the NPC Mike
Francois Classic. The hotel is approximately 10 miles (15
minutes) from the venue and approximately 2 miles (5 minutes) from
Metro Fitness, which is the location of the Friday early check-in.
When selecting our
host hotel, we take into consideration a number of factors such as cost and proximity to both the venue and Metro
Fitness. If you feel you would like to stay closer to the
venue, you may want to consider a hotel in the Polaris
area.
